Whenever people and IT components come together, problems can arise. Sometimes, it might just be an accidentally checked box in Preferences which can unleash confusion, or maybe you have a power outage that leads to unpleasant surprises after a restart. What to do?
WIESEBLUE offers you a reliable help desk for technical questions you may have. You can choose between multiple support options. In an emergency, we will send an administrator directly to your office and solve the problem on-site. While we are there, we will provide you with advice about ways to prevent such situations in the future.
Alternatively, you can reach us on the telephone, so we can give you instructions to resolve the problem. It is also possible to have a Service Contract in which we prepare a remote support service. This allows our administrators secure access to your computers to resolve the problem – which is faster and more cost efficient for you!
